Understanding your Dream
Ask 3 simple questions about your dream:
1. Who is it about?
90% of dreams and visions are about the dreamer.
If the dreamer is the star, a main part of the story: it’s about the dreamer.
If the dreamer is observing the dream story as if the story were on a separate film: it’s about what they are watching.
If the dreamer is a small part of the story, it’s about something they are involved in.
2. Is the story symbolic?
Sometimes there is an obvious meaning.
Sometimes the symbols in the dream story are not literal, they are stories with meaning.
3. Whose voice can we hear in the story?
The dreamers voice processing their life/thought/feelings? (processing dreams).
A negative voice bringing fear or intimidation (nightmares).
A voice bringing peace and insight (insight dreams).
